Yes, I used composer packager.
I'm sorry, but I'm going to stop work on this RFC. I see very little chance
it passing,
so I want to spend time more efficiently. I spent already a lot of time on
it, and if anyone
wants to continue it, feel free to do it. I hope you understand.
