Thank you for the heads up.
Peter Engelhardt graciously took care of macOS ZTS JIT in #22712, and I
opened #22713 to make the fuzzer SAPI work in ZTS builds.
I'd like to move forward with creating the RFC then unless there's unexpected negative
input, I believe I must request wiki karma in order to do so?
