[PATCH] Writing ext/ modules in C++

Hello, in attachment there is simple patch which adds BEGIN_EXTERN_C() where needed for writing C++ plugins. Patch is against 4.3.0 but cleanly applies to 4.3.1. I make mistake and it is reverse (so don't forget to add -R).
