Very nice. Don't like the name though. From my perspective as a user, I don't care if the
regexp is compiled or not. I don't fully understand what compiled means in this context. But I
know it's a regular expression into a value object doing some magic to ensure it is valid, same
as all my user-space value objects.
Please consider something like:
Regexp\Expression
Regexp\Pattern
