Zend RFC's deprecated?

Hi,
The directory Zend/Rfc/ in the PHP5 source contains 4 RFC files. Are these RFC's deprecated or
will the functionality described be implemented before the final release of PHP5?
I really like 002.txt and 003.txt.
It would be a bad thing if PHP5 won't support nested namespaces. It's the best way to
group/structure your classes/functions/contstants and to seperate specific functionalty.
