Here is a patch which fixes up some session problems.

Fixes bug: 21312 session_register doesnt like null values
Possibly fixes some of the other session bugs as well as PS(bug_compat) and
PS(bug_compat_warn) were corrupt causing unexpected and variable behavior
when saving the data.
