I had just posted a comment on your blog about this. $root->setAttributeNS('http://www.w3.org/2000/xmlns/', 'xmlns:xsd','http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema'); should do exactly what you want. Rob George Schlossnagle wrote:
