This is to all developers considering moving their extension to PECL:
What Sterling did recently was the absolutely wrong way of doing it: he cvs
removed and then cvs added the files to the relevant modules. This is not
the right way of moving an extension, as it looses the cvs history.
The correct method of moving an extension is to send mail to systems@php.net
and one of us will move the extension properly, on the cvs server.
