Re: PHP 5.1 branched!

Andi et al, I am hoping to finish rough draft of HTTP input decoding today. I'd rather not merge in half-finished stuff. Besides that, do you think we need a write up on what has been changed in the core, new APIs, function upgrade guidelines, etc? Please from now on commit bug fixes to both PHP_5_1 and HEAD (and if critical, I suggest to do so with PHP_5_0 too in case we need to release another mini release).
