RE: [PHP-DEV] Status of FastCGI in 5.1.4

I tested PHP with Caraveo's isapi_fcgi.dll before 5.1.4 release too. And it worked. I'll try to reproduce the bug, but may be message "HTTP/1.1 503 Server too busy" is not related to PHP FastCGI.
