As already pointed out, the following branches should be
empty:
ZE1: HEAD
ZE2: PHP_4, PHP_4_3

Encoding a version in the CVS module name does not work,
because there is no provision to select a default branch
(e.g. php4 really gave you a broken php5 checkout in the past).
