hello,
I'd like to know where PHP finally sets the php.ini-values in it's sourcecode, e.g.
max_execution_time, open_basedir, etc...
What I need is to set several static values which must not be editable using php.ini, httpd.conf,
.htaccess, ini_set, or whatever - so I need to set final values for several php.ini-settings by
modifying the php sourcecode...
