Hi, I downloaded a new snap (php5.3-win32-200808211204.zip) and had the same error. I again tried several options, specifying full path, forward and backward slashes, etc. (In the php.ini file) The icu*.dll files are in the snap. Do they need to be moved somewhere, such as system32? Thanks
