Are you able to run a script directly in your Debug_TS directory without
specifying the path?
Also, does running: php < c:\server\htdocs\index.php work?
I cant reproduce this at all right now using current cvs code. With all
projects cleaned and rebuilt seems to be working fine:
E:\CVS Projects\php5\Debug_TS>php e:\tests\hwtest.php
