It's have been a week since 5.2.7RC1 and there is no Windows version yet. Maybe someone could fix the snapshot buildings.It is fixed since long and works (http://windows.php.net/snapshots/). However, this release was done without pre announce or requests and we did not manage to pack it in time. I will do it over the weekend.
