5.2.9RC1 - 2 Week Warning

We've had a good number of fixes go into the 5.2 tree and I think this would be a good time to start the release cycle with an aim to have a final available by late/mid-february. To that effect I would like to provide a 2 week notice for 5.2.9RC1, so please if you have any pending fixes try to get them in within the next 2 weeks so we can have a rapid RC cycle. Thanks, Ilia Alshanetsky 5.2 Release Master
