I ran out of time within the GSoC time period to finish it fully...
Its not fully working and functional..
Uni got in the way of me finishing it in my own time.

What do you mean it turned in to something completely different.
Its worth noting that I didnt apply to do the bug tracker, but "pecl
website improvements and other things" but ended up bugtracking....
