Ok, just checked this in, let me know if I missed anything or if there's any issues. I noticed that CVS HEAD seemed to have dos line feeds and some other bad merge stuff so those where fixed as a side affect of my commit. This should also correct some highlighting bugs that were introduced (see the fix to the highlight_file test). -shire
