The second release candidate of 5.2.12 was just released for testing and can be downloaded here:
http://downloads.php.net/ilia/php-5.2.12RC2.tar.bz2
(md5sum: 3952089018d531b161cef35f0f6182ec)
The windows binaries will be available shortly at: http://windows.php.net/qa/
We've had a fairly small number of changes since RC1, so I think we are in good shape for a
final release. If nothing major comes up, I anticipate the final being released next week. To ensure
that the release is solid, please test this RC against your code base and report any problems that
you encounter.
