You can parse UPGRADING ( http://lxr.php.net/opengrok/xref/PHP_5_4/UPGRADING ), though I've noticed not everything is there, either intentionally or unintentionally (see https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=54657 ). -- Gustavo Lopes
