I think I've wrote everything needed into the Wiki page to understand
the issue, so I changed status to "Under Discussion".
According to
https://wiki.php.net/rfc/voting
minimum discussion period is 2 weeks and voting is required.
How should I proceed?
BTW, please note that this patch is "must have" patch for security season.
