Awhile back, I raised the possibility of creating an RFC to expand the RFC
voting process to allow for multiple questions, as well as provide clarity
for cleaning-up "abandoned" RFCs, etc. This seems like exactly the kind of
use case I had in mind. If I took some time this week to write a rough
draft of a new RFC on this, is that something any of you would be
interested in?
