php_ZendOptimizerPlus.dll and php_xdebug.dll loaded both together in PHP
5.3 and PHP 5.4 (x86, TS and NTS). I do not know yet if there are any
issues.
As far as I know there is no php_xdebug.dll yet for PHP 5.5.
