Given the context, I thought it would be apparent that it was the windows message box: PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'c:\progra~1\php\ext\php_mysql.dll' - The specified procedure could not be found. in Unknown on line 0 That's when hitting a web page. Interestingly, if I run from the command line, an extra error message box pops up before that saying: The procedure entry point mysql_drop_db could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBMYSQL.dll Behavior is the same on the command line in both CLI and CGI.
