Gist to allow for [SAPI] specific sections in ini files.

Hi. I've started playing with PHP installed on my Mac (and Centos VM). The version I had preinstalled on the VM uses an additional directory for ini files. I wanted to have some settings that were different depending upon the SAPI but not have a completely different set of files. So, I created the following gist which SEEMS to be working for me. https://gist.github.com/RQuadling/6562855 If anyone is interested, where should I go next?
