Is there a reason these files aren't in .gitignore:
ext/phar/phar.1
ext/phar/phar.phar.1
sapi/cgi/php-cgi.1
Should these be deleted by "make clean" instead of ignoring?
They definitely should. I'd also like to add them to gitignore as
well. I don't always make clean before working with git, and these get
a little annoying.
