Hi,
This is a nice idea, but only in theory.
In practice, the goal here (as I understand it) is mostly to protect
inexperienced users who would write LFI-vulnerable code. They are the
ones that wouldn't even know about this mode, let alone care to switch
it on, and it can't be a default.
