Hey,
Speaking of bugs in MCrypt and IVs ... in ECB mode it complains if you
don't pass an IV, even though it is ignored afterwards. I've also seen
mcrypt_enc_get_iv_size() to return int 1 for ARCFour, which doesn't
need an IV.
