[PR 652] Request for comments on ldap controls implementation

Hi there As proposed earlier on this list I went ahead and implemented a more general approach for handling ldap controls in PHP: https://github.com/php/php-src/pull/652 I can squash some of the commits if requested but for the moment it may be helpful to discuss it as they are. And I need some advice (besides the code review): A lot of ldap functions can optionally use controls. Especially the session tracking control would be one of the controls you might want to pass to almost every function.
