Am I reading this incorrectly, or is this suggesting switching to 64-bit types for int(), but only
for 64-bit builds? I would prefer to switch to 64-bit on 32-bit platforms as well, for the sake of
consistency. PHP code should behave identically on 32-bit and 64-bit systems.
