lists three 64bit
platforms:
int - 2x 32bit, 1x 64bit -> lower common -> 32bit
long - 2x 64bit, 1x 32bit -> lower common -> 32bit
And, the RFC proposes:
s/int/size_t -> 64bit
s/long/int64_t -> 64bit
