Hi, As it is noted in the section on php://memory and php://temp (http://php.net/manual/en/wrappers.php.php#refsect2-wrappers.php-unknown-unknown-unknown-unknown-unknown-descriptios) it wouldn't harm anyone if the fact could at least be noted at php://input too.
