OK, somebody did not mark the function as "static", but if it doesn't use $this, what's the difference? It certainly won't produce any undesirable behavior, so why not just let it work as if it was declared "static"? Is there any practical reason not to? -- Stas Malyshev smalyshev@gmail.com
