Good, but why not use the new style ctor always?
IIRC the reason for changing the bahavior was problems with inheriting old
style ctor's. Maybe we should completley disallow overriding newstyle ctors
with old style ctors and use new style ctors if available. Together with the
E_STRICT we have selective BC and a good solution for the new syntax. Can
you agree on that Andi?
