It seems that this commit breaks building on Windows:
c:\users\cmb\php\sdk\phpdev\vc14\x64\php-src\zend\zend_execute.h(52):
error C2059: syntax error: 'type' (compiling source file
sapi\cli\php_cli_process_title.c)
etc.
