Statuses ain't pretty, but see $state_types and show_state_options() in include/functions.php and then you have to find all other places where this might be relevant. Canned responses however are stored in a database and can only be added by somebody with shell access (not me). Current list is https://bugs.php.net/quick-fix-desc.php johannes
