So outsorcing Email to an SAAS-provider wouldn't be my first option. Even though outsorcing might solve some issues due to having specialists handling everything we'd always need to circumvent their "one setup for all"-solutions for special use-cases. That might be a feasible solution for the mailinglists but I don't see our actual Emails going that way. But perhaps others see that different.
