Most of what you're writing today is going nowhere, because people haven't yet got around to even know that this mailing list exists. The problem is that most people won't respond because they won't see what to respond to. If it waited for 5 years, it can wait a couple of more days. Friday afternoon is a pretty bad time to start a new active mailing list. Most PHP developers don't do this full time, which means that even if they're at work, it doesn't mean at all that they're reading php-dev@. Working on the spec is fine, but the discussions themselves should wait... Zeev -- Zeev Suraski <zeev@zend.com> CTO, Zend Technologies Ltd. http://www.zend.com/Zeev,don't worry.Mailing lists aren't black holes (and Friday is a working day in most parts of the world). People can catchup by using NNTP or retrieving emails from the archive.Naturally, discussions slow down on Saturday/Sunday, so I don't expect to get any replies before Monday anyway.
