how do I read the contents of a file.
$FileStream = fopen("webmaster/forum".$Forum."/forumtopics.txt",
"w+");
$line = fgetss ($FileStream, 255);
print ("number is: ".$line."<br>");
fclose($FileStream);
always returns nothing.
