wrong handling of CHM files on mirrors

Hi, visiting it.php.net, it2.php.net, it3.php.net and hu.php.net, I've noticed that the server is not handling CHM files correctly under Opera, while on the main php.net site works correctly. This is affecting just opera and not IE. If I try to download a CHM from the corresponding page in the browser window I can see characters instead of the popup that ask me where to save the file. On my own unofficial mirror (by my company serverfarm) the download works correctly under Opera. Does this mean that the 'AddType application/octet-stream .chm' option is missing from the virtualhost directive? Even on Goba's hu.php.net site? If you confirm that this is missing I will contact those mirrors maintainers. Ciao, Simone.
