Internal Server Error 500

Please help me...
I have installed Apache 1.3.14 and also PHP 4.2.1 on Windows 98 and off
course i have modified the httpd.conf by adding 3 lines (not as server
module):
ScriptAlias /php/ "C:/php/"
Action application/x-httpd-php "/php/php.exe"
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
In the first 3 months, it worked well. But suddenly, today it
displayed "500 Internal Server Error" for PHP files and not for HTML files.
My error log said :
"[Sun May 19 17:54:04 2002] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Premature end of
script headers: c:/php/php.exe"
What happen to my PHP ? Help, I'm hyperconfused right now.
