Help~

hi~ I am a college student from taiwan.There's some questions i met and i couldn't find any solution from the website,so i decide to write a letter to u for asking some help.And my english is not so well,so if there's any mistakes just forget it. :) I want to develope a program which can combine with the OS.Because i want to calculate each user's printing pages,then to count the money they have to pay.The situation is that there's a print server,and people who want to use the printer will pass the data to the server then through it to print it out.But i have to count how many pages they printed and charge it.Do u understand what i meant?I am sorry that i can express my meaning exactly~....>.< And i can't find any functions that can do this job,so i write this letter to ask for some help,if u can solve the problem,plz reply me~~thx a lot sincerly eiswein
