webmaster,
i am having problems downloading the file php-4.2.1-Win32.zip from the
page http://www.php.net/downloads.php. When I click
to download, all
goes as it should, and the download begins (at around 500K/s!). Around
500K into the download, it stops completely for about 2 minutes, and
then alternates stopping and starting at about a 1K/s speed. I don't
know if this is a problem on my end, or on yours.
Please advise,
John Ruiz
