New Comment:
This bug has been fixed in CVS. You can grab a snapshot of the
CVS version at http://snaps.php.net/. In case this was a
documentation
problem, the fix will show up soon at http://www.php.net/manual/.
In case this was a PHP.net website problem, the change will show
up on the PHP.net site and on the mirror sites.
Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PHP better.

The suggested links from the manual lookup page (e.g.
http://www.php.net/manual-lookup.php?pattern=html+escape&lang=)
("perhaps you were looking for one of these") have an extra slash in
them :
http://www.php.net/manual//function.ircg-html-encode.php
should be
http://www.php.net/manual/function.ircg-html-encode.php
Also, is there a way to set 'type of bug' to 'Website problem' as I've
seen in the bug log, or has this been removed? (don't say yes =)
Thanks,
Nick
