spanish function reference

Hi, i´m Gomo, i am from Argentina, and i am the webmaster of www.solophp.com (which means in spanish "onlyphp.com" o "justphp.com"). We started a few week ago with many PHP devs from many countrys of Latin America and are currently working hard on it. I found that the only place to look for a function list in spanish is your own website, theres no other place with that info. I thought it would be good to have a table on my DB with those functions so users could look quickly, just like www.phpbuilder.com but in spanish, of course. I´ve downloaded the entire manual in separate HTMLs, which i could extract and put into a DB, but that´s quite complicated, because of the many differente formats existing. I´ve read the copyrights for all the stuff, the spanish manual seems GPL, i mean, i can copy it or distribute it? I will ABSOLUTELY keep the original credits and author info. So, the purpose of this is asking you to give me a hand with this, perhaps a whole copy of the spanish functions table is too much?? Some XML? I don't know but you would make things much easier for us with this kind of data. Otherwise you could give me the contact info of the authors of the manual, so i could ask them about copyrights, etc... Sorry about my english, i´m sure you´ve already noticed it isnt very good...
