book project about PHP

Dear Sir or Madam Addison Wesley is one of the leading computer book publishers in Germany. We will publish a book about Flash & PHP and would like to include a distribution of PHP on the related CD-ROM. I´d be grateful if you could tell us if this finds your approval and which steps have to be undertaken to come to an agreement.
