Mirroring NNTP/Email Lists

I am in the process of developing some software which pulls NNTP articles into several open source discussion forums. I feel as though the software is pretty much ready to go into "production". What I was wondering is if there is any possible way to have a single "dump" of the articles which are located on news.php.net, and also I would like to know what your policies are on mirroring your NNTP server (how often can I poll, etc.). If you would like to see a working demo, a basic version can be viewed at http://phorum.infopull.com. Right now it is being hosted on a DSL line, so it may appear slow at first, however I am currently looking for an affordable alternative. Thanks for your time! Erich Kolb
