Bug description: Bug reports with status "Won't fix" return an error when updated by
users
Bug reports with the status "Won't fix" cannot be updated by normal users
whilst keeping the same status. An error is returned saying "You're not
allowed to change the bug to that status". (After the error is returned,
the status of the bug report defaults to "Open", and the only possible
statuses are the default ones I think.)
regards,
Peter Lowe.
