This is not a definition of the $blah variable. $blah = 1; would be a definition.

Subject: Windows installation help
Hello, I've just installed PHP 4.2.2 on my Windows 98 system and am using OmniHTTPd to host
it, but it seems to not allow me to define empty variables at all, everytime I try I end up with
"PHP Notice: Undefined variable: blah in C:\HTTPD\HTDOCS\test.php on line X" with this
simple source:
<?php
$blah;
echo "Testing";
?>
Can you please help me? Thanks. (Sorry if this was sent to the wrong person, I'm very new)
