Bug on Search pg, & spews.org

Hello, I went to the bugs page at: http://bugs.php.net/search.php to search for a bug. I typed in some things and was sent to the page with the results. When I then clicked on "Next 10 Entries" it sent me back to the first page and told me I was a Bad Hacker? URL was: http://bugs.php.net/search.php?cmd=display&bug_type=Any&status=Open&search_for=variable+adds+%26gt%3B&php_os=&bug_age=0&by=&order_by=&direction=ASC&phpver=4&limit=10&assign=&begin=10 Also, every time I try to send mail to PHP.net I get refused because of some spews.org report, that has nothing to do with my servers whatsoever (I have sent mail from two completely unrelated servers which received messages about spews reports). Spews has honorable intentions, but they throw the baby out with the bathwater. I haven taken other measures on my server to block spam and they are effective, and target actual spam. I would suggest you try a different method, unless of course you all get so much email that you could care less how much innocent mail is blocked, since that would just mean less to wade through in the end. :P I can't even get to your mailing lists/newsgroups because of this.
